The Oslo Blend is Nordkapp's house blend, designed to be as beautiful yet accessible as the city of Oslo itself. This medium-roasted coffee combines coffees from Brazil, Rwanda, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Peru based on availability, creating a full and sweet cup with notes of honey. The roasters carefully craft each batch on their Giesen W6 roaster, roasting past first crack to preserve the unique character of each component while maintaining balance for both filter coffee and espresso preparation.
