A washed Ethiopian single-origin from the Rumu Damo Washing Station in Arbegona, this coffee showcases a classic citrus-driven profile that is juicy and expressive. The cup delivers bright lemon acidity alongside sweet nectarine notes, finished with delicate wild flower aromatics. After wet fermentation for 48 hours, cherries are washed and dried on African beds for 8-12 days depending on weather conditions.
