Roaster notes

Blue Lagoon comes from Buku Abel washing station in Ethiopia's Guji Zone, situated at 1900–2100 meters on a small hill with optimal sunlight and rich red soil. Processed as a natural, cherries are sorted and sundried on African raised beds to develop this lot's fruity intensity. The cup delivers bright blueberries and strawberries alongside the warm sweetness of orange cake.
