This washed process Typica Mejorado from Finca Cruz Loma in Ecuador's Pichincha region delivers a bright and delicate cup with tasting notes of Earl Grey, yellow plum, and figs. The coffee comes from a family-run operation where Galo Morales, a former technician for Caravela, applies his expertise alongside his wife Maria Alexandra to produce specialty coffee at their farm.
