Ethiopia Benti Halo

Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee is processed at the Halo Washing Station near Worka Town in Gedeb, where cherries are delivered by approximately 170 surrounding smallholders. After being pulped and fermented under water for about 72 hours, the beans are dried on raised beds for 8-20 days. The cup offers a floral and sweet character with notes of rooibos tea and nectarine.
