The Pola family has cultivated coffee since the late 19th century across three farms in El Salvador's Ilamatepec mountain range, with Carlos and his father now representing the sixth and fifth generations of farmers. This natural-process Pacamara from altitudes between 1,250 and 1,600 meters yields a creamy, sweet cup featuring notes of chocolate truffle, ripe cherries, sultana raisin, and apricot.
