Grown at high altitude in Kenya’s cool climate, this coffee from Ibonia Estate features SL28 and SL34 varieties that ripen slowly to develop complex sugars and acids. The washed processing method highlights a clean, bright cup profile with distinct notes of jasmine, blueberry, and blackcurrant. This single-origin lot offers the classic wine-like acidity and citrus tones for which Kenyan coffee is renowned.
