Papua New Guinea Kindeng Mill
Roaster notes
This coffee comes to us from the Kindeng Dry Mill in Papua New Guinea's Jikawa province, a natural-process blend sourced from approximately 1500 smallholder farmers across the Kindeng and Arufa municipalities. Each producer tends gardens of just one to two hectares, growing heirloom varieties under forest shade alongside subsistence crops. The ripest cherries are hand-sorted and dried on raised beds for three to four weeks, yielding a cup with notes of red apple, chocolate parfait, grape juice, pear, and caramel.
