From East Timor's Letefoho region, this coffee comes from the Rotutu Cooperative, where farmers grow Typica organically beneath native shade trees using traditional methods passed down through generations. Working with partners since 2017 to improve quality through careful cherry selection, these farmers create environmentally sustainable coffees full of character. The cup is wonderfully sweet and balanced, offering red apple brightness alongside brown sugar notes that reflect the care taken at origin.
