This sweet and juicy naturally processed coffee comes from a small 0.5-hectare farm in Gedicho, Idido, Yirgacheffe. Heirloom coffee cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for 12–15 days, producing vibrant fruit flavours complemented by rich rum-and-raisin and fudge notes with hints of raspberry and pineapple.
