This Ethiopian single-origin coffee hails from the Bombe Mountains, where smallholder lots are brought together and processed at the Bombe washing station under the careful management of Daye Bensa, an exporting company run by brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo. The washed processing method involves fermenting de-pulped coffee in a climate-controlled tank without added water—a technique that preserves quality while reducing environmental impact. The result is a balanced, flavourful cup with peach iced tea character supported by jasmine, bergamot, and blueberry notes.
