This sweet, clean Costa Rican coffee comes from Finca Tono in the Naranjo region of the West Valley. Using the Yellow Honey process, the coffee is dried with its sugar-rich fruit mucilage intact, creating a naturally sweet profile without pronounced fermentation notes. The cup reveals vanilla and caramel sweetness alongside bright peach and yellow plum flavors.
