This coffee comes from Blanca Bolaños, a dedicated producer at Finca El Diviso in Colombia's Huila region near San Agustín. Her washed process involves two fermentations—48 hours in cherry followed by 52 hours depulped in tank—yielding an intense and fresh cup with notes of sour cherry, almond, and biscuit. Blanca has been a Cup of Excellence finalist four consecutive years and participates in the Women Power Huila program to advance specialty coffee production.
