Roaster notes

This washed Ethiopian coffee from Yirgacheffe arrives at the Chelchele washing station where it receives a Special Prep treatment, with cherries rigorously selected for ripeness before being depulped on harvest day and fermented 8–12 hours. Dried on African beds for up to two weeks, this Grade 1 coffee delivers a delicate floral expression of jasmine, almond, and yellow peach with fine sweetness and juicy, balanced acidity.
