This espresso comes from Faustin Ribarimana, a 57-year-old pioneering member of his cooperative in Ruli, Rwanda. His carefully cultivated cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and washed at the Musasa Ruli station before being dried on raised beds. The resulting cup offers bright cherry sweetness with red licorice complexity and a smooth almond finish—perfect for espresso preparation.
