Roaster notes

This Red Bourbon from Rwanda's Gicumbi region grows at over 1800 meters in the country's north, where it is naturally processed at Nova Coffee washing station. The old Red Bourbon variety produces dark red cherries with small beans that yield a cup with stone fruit plum sweetness and green apple hints alongside subtle nuttiness. A silky mouthfeel carries chocolate notes through to a clean, balanced aftertaste in this light-medium roast coffee.
