This washed Caturra coffee comes from smallholder families of the Indigenous Inga community in Aponte, Nariño, Colombia, grown at approximately 2,150 meters above sea level. The high-altitude environment with cool temperatures and mineral-rich volcanic soils supports slow cherry maturation, resulting in a cup with notes of brown sugar, yellow plum, and apple.
