This Pink Bourbon from Luz Helena Salazar's farm in Colombia's Quindío region grows on volcanic soil between 1,400 and 1,450 meters above sea level. The slow ripening process under warm days and cool nights builds sweetness, while careful hand-picking and anaerobic fermentation create a smooth, balanced cup with notes of bergamot, flowers, and chocolate.
