Ethiopië Org – Guji

Roaster notes

This coffee comes from approximately 500 small-scale farmers in Ethiopia's Guji region who deliver their cherries to the Hadeso washing station. Grown using traditional natural cultivation methods with attention to biodiversity and minimal chemical inputs, these local varieties are hand-picked and carefully dried on raised beds for 15-18 days. The result is a naturally processed coffee rooted in generations of farming heritage from this southern Ethiopian region.
