Panamaria Filter is a washed Arabica from the Carolina Farm in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1300-1500 meters altitude. Named after Maria Ruiz, the plantation chief who helped craft its distinctive character alongside the Boot family, this coffee has been part of their range for nearly thirty years. The cup reveals delicate notes of orange, caramel, and apricot with a bright, sparkling quality from the high-altitude terroir.
