This Panamanian espresso from the Boquete region has been part of Boot Koffie's collection for nearly 30 years, named after Maria Ruiz who helped craft its distinctive flavor profile alongside the Boot family in Panama. Grown at high altitudes on Kotowa plantage and Finca Hartmann under ancient rainforest canopy, this washed Arabica delivers a delicate cup with bright orange notes, sweet caramel undertones, and hints of apricot.
