This natural-process coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region showcases an exceptionally floral and sweet character with mild acidity that shines in both filter preparations and espresso. The Hambela Wamena Washing Station, established by Tega & Tula Farms on the highest peak of Guji Hambela, sources cherries from approximately 3,900 smallholder farmers who cultivate heirloom varieties at elevations between 1,900 and 2,300 meters. The cup reveals a soft body with honey-like velvety texture, delivering a long-lasting finish that balances delicate floral aromas with pleasant sweetness.
