This natural-processed Heirloom coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region showcases an exceptionally floral and sweet character with mild acidity that shines whether brewed as filter or espresso. Grown at elevations between 1900 and 2300 meters, it delivers a soft body with honey-like velvety texture and a long-lasting finish. The Hambela Wamena Washing Station sources from smallholder farmers who cultivate without fertilizers or pesticides, preserving the coffee's pure, harmonious flavor profile that works beautifully in milk-based drinks as well as black.
