Guatemala — La Esperanza

Roaster notes

Set high in Huehuetenango's western highlands between 1600-1750 masl, this coffee from La Esperanza benefits from warm days and cool nights that slow cherry maturation and build layered sweetness. Cherries are selectively picked before being pulped at the wet mill and fermented for 24-36 hours. In the cup, expect syrupy stone fruit sweetness with apricot and maple syrup notes alongside a silky, smooth texture.
