Benti Nenka is a distinctive coffee from the Guji region of southern Ethiopia that undergoes a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation with pineapple before being carefully dried as a natural process coffee. This combination creates an expressive, highly aromatic cup with juicy acidity, pronounced tropical fruit sweetness and a rich, vibrant body, evoking flavors of pineapple, ripe tropical fruits, berries and delicate floral notes.
