Fazenda Vereda is located in the Valle da Grama – a region known for reliable, clearly structured espresso profiles. Warm days, cool nights and the consistent conditions of the high plateau create ideal conditions for dense, sweet beans with pronounced body. Led by David Ottoni, an agronomist and co-founder of the Brazilian Specialty Coffees Association, this 1,200-hectare operation demonstrates that volume and precision are not contradictory. The plants grow traditionally in the shade of avocado trees, creating a stable microclimate that contributes to even ripening.
