Roaster notes

Suukala is a washed espresso blend from Colombia's Cauca region, selected by Siruma from approximately 85 producers across the Piendamó, Cajibío, and Morales areas. Grown at elevations between 1,800-2,050 meters on the "Tabletop of Cauca," this coffee is fermented for 16–19 hours then carefully dried in parabolic solar dryers. The cup delivers a pleasant sweetness with bright citrus notes, rich cocoa undertones, and a smooth hazelnut finish.
