Kalingwe, Uganda

Roaster notes

Sourced from the foothills of the Rwenzoris in Uganda, this coffee represents the collective effort of 107 farmers supported by Agri Evolve for over five years to refine their agronomy and harvesting techniques. The cherries are carefully graded and sundried for approximately three weeks before being hulled, cleaned, and bagged. This meticulous process yields a bright and complex cup with distinct notes of cranberry, raspberry, and nectarine.
