Roaster notes

This coffee comes from roughly 940 smallholder producers in Shantawene, Sidama region of Ethiopia, who gather their cherries at Buncho Washing Station. The station was built by Asefa Dukamo to reduce travel time for local farmers. Grown at altitudes between 2,260 and 2,360 metres with minimal inputs, this washed coffee offers bright notes of lemongrass and Sencha tea.
