Harvested by the Jumarp cooperative in northern Peru near Jaen and San Ignacio, this coffee grows slowly under shade at altitudes of 1200-1800 meters. A varietal blend of red caturra, red bourbon, and typica is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, delivering a cup with notes of green tea, chocolate, and cane sugar.
