Roaster notes

This Indonesian coffee from the Sadayana Washing Station in West Java brings together cherries from over 200 local farmers who deliver their harvest to this facility established in 2022. After careful hand selection, the beans undergo a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed bags before being dried as honey process on raised beds for 10–14 days.
