This coffee comes from Finca Don Miguel in the mountains above Gracias, Honduras, where a family has built their enterprise across three generations. Grown at 1,300 to 1,750 meters surrounded by pine forest and shade trees, this washed microlot delivers a sweet, complex cup with notes of plum jam, cola, and maple syrup — layered sweetness shaped by meticulous care for the land they love.
