This decaf coffee comes from Papua New Guinea's Eastern Highlands, where smallholder farmers have perfected their craft over generations by selecting only the ripest cherries. The parchment is sun-dried to under twelve percent moisture content before being processed into green beans at mills in Goroka and the surrounding highlands region. These coffees remain stored in the less humid highland climate until transport to Lae port for shipment around the world.
