This coffee comes from a recently established project dedicated to finding Peru's best coffee and helping producers enhance their offering through new drying facilities and a quality control lab with regular cupping. Grown in Peru's mountains with rich volcanic soil, this washed Typica presents a smooth cup of milk chocolate and caramel with bright red apple notes and a sweet toffee finish.
