Near the Honduras border, Finca La Laguna is managed through agroforestry by Olman Valladarez and was among the first farms to embrace the Parainema variety in Nicaragua. High-altitude growing conditions with shade cover create an ideal environment for coffee cultivation. This washed coffee offers a fruity cup profile with notes of honey, orange, butter, and hazelnut.
