Felix Chambi is an Inca native of Bolivia, born in Caranavi's main coffee-growing region into a family of farmers. Though destined to become a mechanic, his talent and perseverance led him to become a specialty coffee exporter supporting social causes. This natural-processed lot from the 1751–2000m altitude combines two projects dear to Felix: protecting regional coffee forests and supporting female producers. The cup delivers rich caramel aromas with an intense dark chocolate attack, finishing with lingering notes of nougat and caramel sweetness.
