Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee comes from century-old trees around the village of Yeti, harvested separately to create an exceptional lot. This was Christophe Servell's first project and remains one of the roastery's signature coffees. The natural process yields a round, rich cup with buttery notes, caramelized almonds, cardamom, apricot jam, and milk chocolate.
