Whole beans from Iris Estate in Panama's Boquete region present a natural processed Geisha called Afterglow. When hot, it offers a clean cup with mango, passionfruit and bergamot notes. As the coffee cools to warm temperatures, exotic fruits emerge alongside berries like strawberry and blueberry, with orange and blood orange undertones, while cold brew reveals fermented mango character.
