Roaster notes

This natural process coffee comes from the Benti Nenka Coffee Processing Station in West Guji, Ethiopia, where around 500 smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to this station founded in 2017. The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,300 meters above sea level by farmers who support each other through traditional communal labor systems known as DEBO and DADO. The cup offers a floral and sweet character with bright notes of strawberry, orange, and mango.
