Whole beans from Finca Sophia in Panama's Chiriqui region, this is one of the farm's very first Honey lots—after 18 years they finally gave it a try and loved the gorgeous cup quality. The coffee perfectly straddles washed and natural profiles, at once clean and crisp with delicate honey aromas, sweet nectar-like yellow fruits, tart tamarind, and coffee blossom florality.
