This Geisha coffee comes from Finca La Betania, where producer Linarco Rodríguez cultivates three hectares in Palestina, Huila. The beans are processed using a semi-washed method with forty-eight hours of aerobic fermentation followed by twelve days drying on raised beds. The cup delivers a powerful fruity experience—floral aromas give way to bright orange and grapefruit notes alongside red fruits and apricot that remain vibrant from hot through warm temperatures.
