Roaster notes

This washed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia is grown by small producers around Gerse kebele in the Gedeo Zone. Cherries are delivered to Mikiyas Bogale's washing station where they're sorted, pulped, fermented in concrete tanks, and dried on raised beds. The cup reveals honeydew, lychee and magnolia—a clean, floral Ethiopian coffee with gentle sweetness and an elegant profile that works beautifully for both filter and espresso.
