Grown by Alberio Lugo on his San Pedro farm in Huila, this Pink Bourbon variety is distinguished by its rare pink cherries and tea-like character. The coffee undergoes a unique underwater fermentation before being washed and dried, resulting in a delicate cup with precise notes of peach, white tea, and cherry blossom. Roasted light for filter brewing, it offers an elegant experience best enjoyed as a pour-over.
