Roaster notes

This Geisha coffee comes from Clever Neyra Chinin's small 1.5-hectare family farm in Alto Ihuamaca, San Ignacio, Peru. After resting the land for five years, he replanted with young Geisha trees that now produce cherries fermented for 24-36 hours and dried slowly over 10-12 days. The ultra-light roast reveals bright orange zest, sweet panela syrup, delicate jasmine, and honey notes in a clean, expressive cup.
