This Gesha from El Higueron farm in Huila, Colombia delivers a floral bouquet with bright citrus acidity reminiscent of oranges and lemongrass, balanced by intense honey-like sweetness. The coffee comes from Marilin Muñoz's family farm near San Agustín, where cherries are hand-harvested at peak ripeness, briefly rested before depulping, then washed and carefully dried over 18–26 days in open-air driers under the shade of diverse trees including plantains, oranges, and cedars.
