Grown on the family farm Campo Hermoso in Quindío, Colombia, this Typica lot is crafted by Edwin Noreña using a washed carbonic maceration process to develop its unique character. Roasted ultra-light to highlight nuanced layers, the cup reveals aromatic notes of pistachio and green spices alongside cardamom and white tea. As it cools, bright orange tones emerge, offering a complex and layered flavor profile that captures the essence of this innovative production method.
