This naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from Yirgacheffe comes from Yenensh's 2.5-hectare farm at 2,150 meters in Wegida. Grown under the natural shade of Enset trees without chemical inputs, these Heirloom varietals develop a vibrant cup with notes of grapes, orange, and bergamotte. Careful hand-harvesting followed by gentle drying on raised beds preserves the coffee's natural sweetness and lively fruit character.
