Roaster notes

This Ethiopian Abu coffee delivers an elegant, juicy cup with bright acidity and medium body. Jasmine and caramel fill the aroma, while orange, peach, bergamot, lemongrass, and sugar cane unfold on the palate before a clean finish. Hand-collected at peak ripeness, cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation for twenty-four hours, then are washed with mountain spring water and dried on raised beds for fifteen days.
