Elgon in Uganda's Bugisu region at altitudes between 1,500–1,960 meters, this washed Arabica benefits from volcanic clay soil and a cool mountainous climate that contribute to a vibrant cup with notes of black tea, citrus fruits, roasted hazelnuts, and cocoa. Produced by 905 smallholder farmers in the Bufumbo Organic Cooperative Union, it reflects careful processing at local washing stations.
