Reserva El Jaguar is a family farm in Nicaragua's Isabelia mountains that grows specialty coffee alongside protected cloud forest. Java variety cherries are hand-picked, anaerobically fermented, and dried whole—letting fruit sugars impart depth and complexity to the beans. The result is a rich, layered cup with pear and brownie notes, touched by nutmeg, offering fruit-driven sweetness and a long finish.
