This naturally processed coffee from North Sumatra offers bright flavors of candied orange, mango, and cotton candy on the palate. The Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative was formed by Asman Arianto in 2018 to unite over 350 smallholder farmers who deliver cherry to their processing facility in Pantan Musara. Most farms are between half and two-and-a-half hectares, with coffee intercropped alongside vegetables, maize, and fruit that supplement the family diet throughout the year.
